this form to your shipment. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will provide a cost estimate and make the repair if necessary.
We will send the kite back to you. All you have to do is unpack it.
Our check includes:
- Tightness check
- Inspection of the seams
- Check of the cloth
- Check of the bridle lines
- Cost estimate for repairs, if necessary
- Valuation report (e.g. for resale)
- Return shipment
The (optional) cash check includes:
- line check
- trim check and trim adjustment
- Valuation report
- Assumption of costs for repairs if necessary
Of course there are hidden defects that no check can really reveal, but anything that can be seen we aim to exclude. Therefore, we cannot offer a warranty on hidden defects. Nor do we accept any consequential costs arising from defective kites.
