Kites change their flight characteristics over time. The great thing about Flysurfer kites is that you can restore the original flight characteristics by trimming. If you don't have the confidence to do this yourself, you can send the kite to us. The trim check of a Flysurfer kite includes the restoration of the trim as well as the shipping back and forth.
Not only do we adjust the mixer and line ratio, we also fly the kite and test the flight characteristics.
If spare parts are needed or the kite has any other damage, we will be glad to provide an estimate. We do our best to make a quick turnaround. However, if we are unlucky, it can take a while until the right wind comes, please take this into account when ordering.
